This is my first posting, been lifting a while with no real goal in mind, just to be bigger, faster, and stronger than myself.
I did legs this morning,
Squat 5 / 10 same weight
stiff deads 12, 10, 8, 12
Hack squats 12, 12,10, 8, 12
Calf raises/sled, 25/4
frontsquat, 5 x5
leg curls 15/3
abs.
pretty good one. first leg day since returning to the states. gonna hurt tomorrow, but it all goes to something worth doing.
