Cut your protein intake. Your rest periods between your sets should be at least 30-45 sec. Try using supersets, drop sets as well as giant sets in your routine. The poundage you use should be light to moderate weight. Double your water intake, increase your carbs and do cardio at least two hours a day, 30 min when you wake, 1hr after your workout, and 30 before bed.....
Make sure you're getting something in before the cardio in the morning, you don't wanna start burning into any of your hard-earned muscle

Have the protein after your morning cardio not before. Make sure the cardio is light and not something that puts you out of breath. Try drinking some green tea throughout the day. Try not to mkix to much carbs and fats together. Don't have carbs in your last meal or 2. Those are general things that should help.

Looks good, but to get that razor sharp body, we must go the extra step...You said between 6-7 meals at 450-500 cals. per meal. That is 2,700-3,500 cals. (800 cals. difference) Maybe just try staying at 2800...7 meals at 350 cals. each meal. Eat all of your complex carb meals before meal #5.
Cardio, you know you burn more cals. standing than sitting, so up the cardio from the bike to the EFX, Step mill or tread. And try increasing the intensity a level. Let me know how this is working...
Damn BigAnt you took the words out of my mouth.OK I say do cardio on an empty stomach, not need to fight a rise in blood sugar.
And do your cardio on the treadmill or stepmill.
Hope this helps.

One thing is, don't worry about the scale. Use the mirror, measurements and how your clothes fit as a guide. Cutting is about losing fat. The scale can mess with your head as it does not tell you whether you gained/lost fat, water or muscle.

Thanks Guys this has been a huge help, I know the scale sure messes with ya, Its like I'm addicted to it. But I have already noticed a diff. with looks and the scale so I must have changed something for the better. Thanks for the support, I hope in the future I can return the favor!

i also agree cardio on empty stomach first thing in the morning, make your body tap into its fat stores for energy since you wont have any calories in your body
