Where else but with Animal can you train with the pros like Evan "Ox" Centopani and Erik "The House" Fankhouser and the rest of the Animal Crew? Nowhere else but the Animal Barbell Club or the ABCs. With Over 100 chapters across the country and around the world, you never know when an IFBB pro is gonna show up to train with you and share a meal afterwards. That's what the ABCs are all about... Stepping up and lifting with other like-minded individuals. Then, after busting your balls, you share a meal. It's an experience unlike anything else, this brotherhood. You don't have to be big. You just have to have spirit. Any and all are welcome to attend a local ABC Event. Here are some key events coming up.
1. Special ABC Event: Hartford, Connecticut with Ox & The House
To tune up for the Mr. Olympia, The House will be competing at Europa Show of Champions in Hartford. After the event, we'll have having an ABC event. To join in on the madness and mayhem with Erik and Evan, throw your name in the hat by posting here: http://forum.animalpak.com/showthread.php?t=31916. The event is on July 25, 2010 and will be held at Gold's Gym in East Hartford.
2. Special ABC Event: North Brunswick, NJ with The House
The local Jersey chapter of the ABC is having an ABC event with The House in attendance. If you're coming, sign up here: http://forum.animalpak.com/showthread.php?t=31917. The ABC will be held on July 26 at Diesel Gym. Check the link for more details.
3. Regional ABC Event: Cleveland, Ohio with The House & Rage
Rage is going to compete at the North Americans to try to win his IFBB pro card on Saturday. If you're going to be around that Sunday, train with him and The House the ABC event. If you're interested, sign up (if you haven't) at the FORVM and state your intentions in this thread: http://forum.animalpak.com/showthread.php?t=32177. We need an accurate head count for who will be attending the Animal Barbell Club event. The location is TBD, though Iron Asylum is a definite possibility. The date is September 5, 2010.
4. Regional ABC Event: Las Vegas, Nevada with the Animal Crew
We got the Midwest covered and so this is for the West Coast fellas. If you are attending the Mr. Olympia show and are planning on visiting us in The Cage, be sure to stay for the Regional ABC Event. For more information, check out this thread: http://forum.animalpak.com/showthread.php?t=30310. Many of your favorite Animals are going to represent at this big regional ABC event. Make your plans now.
