Okay I was thinking about getting a bike today in order to help with fit cardio in with my busy life. I was going to use it to ride to and from school which is about 10 miles round trip. Was wanting to know if this would make a good addition to my routine everyday.

it will def give you more exercise, which in turn will help you burn more calories. The best time to do cardio is after a workout and first thing in the morning. We all know that, however if you cant do that then do cardio whenever. In your case with the bike I think it would be very productive.

Sunday-Monday I lift with cardio afterwards
Saturday not a damn thing but rest

after next week I am going to start putting cardio in the morning and after my workouts in the evenings.

It will definitely help. I find it really fires up my workouts. The blood is already pumping.

If your looking to get leaner then yes it will help you alot.
