Also, for those that are non-yam eaters... The yam can be substituted wit 1/3 cup brown rice (Uncooked...) And, EAA Stack would be a great addition to this, as well...

That's right. In fact Dead loads with brown rice and he still got down to I believe 8 or 9%? I love EAA Watermelon...makes for a good snack at night when you need a sweet fix and makes a difference in recovery especially when on a cut.

EAA Watermelon makes a good popsicle, during summer, too... 8.65% was my final bf%...
