i did calves/delts/triceps training today
calves: standing bb c/raises "in" ( 3 sets, failure)
"out" ( 3 sets, failure )
"reg" ( 3 sets, failure )
shoulders : warmed up shoulders with 5 pound db lateral , and pressing movements
side db lateral ( 5 sets, 15, 12, 12, 10 , 10 )
standing bentover rear db laterals ( 5 sets, 10, 10, 10, 12, 15)
seated bb military press behind neck ( 3 sets, 12 reps )
bb shrugs ( 4 sets, 15 reps )
triceps: close grip pushups inclined ( 3 sets, 20 reps )
