Hey:

As a new member, greetings to all members.

Please give input on my diet and training.

Bio:
36 year old male
Weight 75Kg
Height 1.75m
BF 12%

Meals:
06H00 - Cooked unsalted oats (200g) with sweetner, raisens and 100ml 2% low fat milk
10H00 - 6 egg whites (Chicken eggs), 4 unsalted rice cakes and one medium banana
12H30 - 200g lean beef mince meat, 200g rice, 150g vegetables
15H00 - 100g fresh pineaplle and 6 egg whites
19H30 - 200g lean beef mince meat, 200g pasta and 150g vegetables
21H30 - 100g pineapple or 1 green apple

Suppliments:
06H00 - 1 high potency multi vitamin
Pre work out 17H30 - Lipoic acid 200mg (1 tablet) and testo trigger (4 tablets), 2g creatine monohydrate, 1tspoon of maltodextrine
Post work out 18H30 - 30g whey protein with 300g 2% low fat milk, 2g glutamine
Before bed - 30g Whey/casin proein mix with 300g 2% low fat milk

Training:
Monday - Bi and Tri
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Shoulders and Back
Friday - Chest

I bought the animal pak and would like to find out if I should use the animal suppliment with my current suppliment or should I only use the animal suppliment on their own.

There are many more knowledgable people here than me but I'll start...Pak = 1 high potency multi vitamin, and that is where you would take it...breakfast brother.

One question is are you in this for a bulk or a cut right now?

0600 - add some eggs or a steak to that first meal

training - I assume you are resting on Sat/Sun if so get the arm workout off of Monday...that is your freshest day, hit legs or back...you are the freshest on Monday so use it wisely.

Supps - I would add 5g glutamine pre workout and up the post to the same.

the first meal needs more protein, especially since you don eat for 4 hours after that.

let us know if you're bulking, cutting or maintaining, & post up each workout. exercises, sets, reps & if you could throw rcovery times between sets up as well we could start having a look at that as well. (but worth popping that 1 in the training section)

agreed, that last meal could use some cottage cheese or something slow digesting.
