Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and semi new to lifting. I started to seriously work out in January and have gained about 20 lbs since then but I haven't been able to gain since March. I was thinking of switching my workout up to routine 11 along with taking m stak, pump, and torrent. Any feedback on how this would be for bulking would be great. If it helps at all, I'm 18, 5'7, 145 lbs, about 7-8% body fat. Thanks in advance guys.
