wasup dawgs..im very new at this,only been training for 3 years..ive tried every workout possible..im 100kgs and 1.8m tall..howevr i cant seem to bench more than 120kgs...iv tried alot of things..example,i focused on my triceps more,and i did more reps with lighter weight and less reps with heavy weights etc,im on animal stak and pump...i need help brothers

Welcome bro. . . There are alot of things that could be going wrong here. Diet being the first. post up your diet, and training routine. some people when they cant grow jump right into overtraining and that will make it impossible to gain strenght. . .

Agreed that your diet needs to be on check. However in regards to training, if you want a bigger bench read these 5 articles, In order. This will teach you everything you need to know for a big bench.
