How does your training differ when you're preparing for a contest vs. offseason?
What are some uncommon lifts that really have helped your performance in the big 3 lifts?

I'd really like to hear our guys' thoughts on nutrition. Is it similar to bodybuilding? More lenient? Contest time vs offseason?

Also, when it comes to all the gear; suits, changes, boards, etc., would a young buck, fresh out of the gate, use that from that start? Maybe we can see an article on how one moves through the process of becoming a well-rounded powerlifter.

I think the importance of programming should be considered. Too many people are too loose on their programming and they need something to steer them into the right direction.
