I wasnt sure where to put this, but I thought it would go okay here since im doing HRT training.

First of all, just want to say Hi, and introduce myself to the forum. I have been working out for about 5 years, and I have been using animal products for approximately 5 months (the Pak and Nitro) and have made very good gains. I have just recently become interested in bodybuilding and am beginning this journey jumping with both feet in, so I wanted to introduce myself and meet some fellow people on the forum for support and to let you know my progress and let you know about the products Animal provides. I will post pic’s to show my progress for the next 3 months following the HRT program and report on these supplements.

Stats
------------
Weight: 200lbs, approx. 8-10% body fat
Age: 24
Height: approx. 5’11

My Animal supplement's list are as follows:
- Animal Pak, Animal Nitro, Animal Pump, Animal Test

I am also taking Fusion’s Glutamine, Cytogain(cant get Realgains), and ON 100% Whey Protein and Omega.

My diet and routine is pretty similar to Rage’s suggestion with some minor modifications for bulking purposes.

So here is my Journey:

Day 1 (Aug. 09): Arms
230lbs - Close Grip Bench 2 x 8+6
70lbs One Arm Machine Triceps Ext 2 x 8+6
80lbs Seated DB Triceps Ext 2 x 8+6
60lbs Standing DB Curls 2 x 8+6
70lbs Single Arm Smith Preacher Curls 2 x 8+6
100lbs Reverse Curls 2 x 8+6
15lbs Forward rope curls 2x8+6
65lbs Reverse Wrist Curls 2 x 8+6

Report:

Well to start I thought I had a good arm routine. My arm's are fairly large not to be vain, but this was probably one of the best Arm workouts that I have done IN A WHILE. I had 3 regular members(1 BB) comment to me about how pumped my arm's looked. By the end I literally could not wash my face in the shower because my arm's were so tight I couldnt bend them.

I guess I should note that I am going to review the Animal products at the end of the first 3 months as its not fair to pre-judge or rush a review on something I don't have extensive experience with as of yet, however I must say that after taking the Animal Pump the stim in it made me feel like I could bench 1000lbs lol. In my experience my body gets used to most stims which is why I stopped taking preworkouts, we will see how the Pump holds up.

Day 2 (Aug. 10): Legs
410lbs Leg Press 2 x 8+6
110lbs Single Leg Extensions 2 x 8+6
360lbs Hack Squats 2 x 8+6
125lbs Hamstring Raises 2 x 8+6
135lbs Lying Leg Curls 2 x 8+6

Report:

What a good workout. I must admit the weights arent as high as I would have liked for legs but I did manage to fall down some stairs yesterday landing on my ass so I was a little sore this morning and felt it during the press and squats. I got a great workout in regardless and pushed through it. I am happy with the numbers, and I will be pushing a lot harder next week when im at 100%

Thank's Dead, I appreciate your and Rage's support. I am not used to the three days off per week with training so that will take some getting used to, I will have some pics up online tonight to show my current stature so we have something to compare in 3 months.

Thnx brother, will do. I am enjoying my relaxation and am going to get a good nights rest for tomorrows workout (I love hitting chest). I am thinking about incorporating abs twice a week for this workout. I am so used to training abs it doesn't feel right now hitting them atleast twice a week. Any thought on this from Dead or Rage?

During prep I was hitting abs up to 3 times per week... So, I would say... Go for it...

Alright thanks Dead, I am probably going to incorporate them onto the lighter of the days at the end to finish up. I was thinking 1st ab workout is going to be 3x 15 cable crunches and 3x20 floor crunches, 3x 15 leg raises 2nd ab workout will be weighted crunches with reg. floor crunches, leg raises again to finish up with the same sets/reps. Try to hit the higher and lower abs

Day 2 (Aug. 24): Legs

I missed todays workout unforunately. I am going and training legs hard tomorrow (Today). I work nights and slept in all day. I hate missing workouts because it screws up the routine but I still am going to make this happen and wont let the 1 day set me back. I plan to train now for the next 3 days straight and use the missed workout day as my rest day for this week. So this weeks routine would be Mon, Tues(off), Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat(off), Sun(off).
--------

I have been making steady increases in my weights and in my intensity. I feel really motivated. As far as my weight I have gained about 7lbs. My BF% has not increased much so it is mostly lean muscle. I will get those pics as promissed.

TRNHRD

Ya, I wont disagree with that. Nights are hard to work because they really mess up my sleep pattern.

I hit chest hard today, I felt really motivated and pushed the weight a little more in some areas where others I held back because I am wanting strict form on the reps until the end. Next week I am going to try to increase my bench, today the weight didnt feel all that heavy.. :)

BTW, I am not flexing fully in pictures as I just wanted to show a more natural pose to show my current condition, I am still FAR from where I want to be, and from what I know I can be. I have NEVER ate properly nor have I ever trained properly... I just switched to a new proper eating regiment and training program (HRT at moment), but I read the Encyclopedia of Body Building, and Arnolds Revised version front to back and I think I understand what I need to do and how I am going to get where I want to be.. Current weight is 215lbs.

BTW, when I say I never trained properly or ate properly let me expand on that. When I started training it was more to put on size. I trained like a power lifter, then after trial and error I found I would get more out of slightly more sets with higher reps (Started doing 4x6-8 reps). I worked out for about 2hrs a day doing 1 body part a day. I bombarded it with different exercises to try to hit the muscle at every angle (I had a basic understanding of that). At this point of my life though I want to take it more serious. I now understand that idea of over training, hypertrophy, rest days, pumps, etc. My training has become much more intense with a few EASY modifications. When I say easy I mean it. A lot of people say to take 5 minutes on larger body parts but I found I would lose my pump and get cold. Yes I could lift the exact same weight but I now understand that is not beneficial to muscle growth. Either way its insane the amount of knowledge you can pick up from the great people on this forum and the 2 books I mentioned previously. Btw, this is now what.. Week 3 of HRT and my new diet. So I am making great gains as I have added about 10-15 lbs in 3 weeks and not much BF if any. (which is my goal as bulking doesnt mean putting on fat to me)

Any comments/critiques. As I said I have been working out for a while, I just started bodybuilding.

I need to work on my delts/back/legs, those are my 3 weak points IMO

That looks about right... It would be a little easier to tell, though, if you were flexing...
