Hey bros i wanted to ask you if there is a page or something that shows what excercies hit the different body parts, what know what i mean? like for example pull ups = lats, wide wrip pull ups = lats and? , pull ups with palms facing you = lats and ? .

i was checking a page that showed some exercies but it was really simple like leg press = quads, DB shoulder press = shoulders.

A page that is more detailed perhaps is what i really want.

Thanks

If you haven't seen it, click on the bodypart on the 'exercise' right side, then click again to get to your area of interest.

Here's one that'd never occurred to me.

Thats the best website, give you classification for exercise such as the force, mechanics, and utility.

Did the barbell rear delt raises as listed above, last night; sore as h*ll in those target muscles; delts, traps, scaulae. Good soreness. Thought they were going to be awkward or uncomfortable, but they weren't. Def a keeper.
