Came up with this one, I am amazed with the wonders of Sportpharma Vanilla Specialized protein...
4 Ice Cubes
12oz Diet Root Beer (I used Mug)
1 Scoop Sportpharma Vanilla Specialized protein for lean mass
Money in the bank. And it even has a frothy bit of foam on top.

WOW.
Personal question -- Whats your root beer of choice? Being from Jerz, are you a Stewarts guy?

C, If i had stewarts i woulda went for it, Today I used a can of Diet MUG and it couldnt have gone down smoother. Its still sorta carbonated but creamy at the same time. Its hard to describe but amazing!

Did you guys ever tried the Texan Protein Shake? I think it was called something like that.
1 can of tuna
3 ice cubes
water

I noticed that, too... http://articles.elitefts.com/articles/efs-cookbook/1000-calorie-bloat-root-beer-float-protein-shake/. However, the date the OP posted here is 2 days before the EliteFTS article.
If you want a REAL Power RB Float one should use regular root beer and vanilla Real Gains.
Definitely for those who want to get to Rhodestown.
Gonna have to try a few of these at some point.

looks good
but to make it even better i would prob use a diff brand of protein powder for better taste and better nutrional stats

Sounds tasty.
Specialized Protein for Lean Mass is one of the best protein blends around. I use a scoop every night mixed in plain Greek Yogurt with one packet of Truvia or Splenda, it's my nighttime anabolic snack.

Props to the Teknician for the flavor innovation. Nothing wrong with a little root beer float action. I like it.

I like it. I would have never thought to mix protein powder with some diet pop. I'm looking forward to giving this one a try.
Washed down some meatloaf and yams with one of these bad boys yesterday.
I was pretty impressed with this tasty treat.
