New to this forum, and new to doing a cut. Current Stats 23 5' 10 185 12% BF and lifting seriously for 1.5 years. Ectomorph build. bench 275, squat 345, deadlift 455. Goal get down to 8-9% BF in two months. Just want to see if my diet is ok and training is good, as its my first cut. My first time taking an animal Supp, and fat burner, and am bound to make some mistakes. Never took much stims before so I can really feel the Animal Cuts. Doing Cardio in the moring on the off days on empty stomach. Weight training comes after breakfast normally.

Diet
Wake up - Animal Cuts, Bcaa, Glutamine
Breakfast- 2 cups skim milk, 3/4 cup oats, 4 eggs, Fruit (multi, Fish oil, Glucosamine)
Snack - protien with 2 cups skim milk, handful of almonds
Lunch - 2 cups Milk, 7 oz chicken breast with veg or Lean beef/fish with Vegtables
Hour after - Animal cuts, Fish oil, Glucosamine
Snack - 1 cup 1% Cottage Cheese, handful Almonds
Supper - 2 cups skim milk, 7 Oz chicken breast, Baked potato, Vegtables
Snack - Protien with 2 cups skim milk, Glutamine (fish oil, Glucosamine)

Training
Chest/Back - Bench 5x5
Cable flys 3x10
Rows 4x8
Pulldowns 3x10

Legs/Biceps - Squat 5x5
Leg Press 3x10
EZ bar curl 3x6
Hammer curl 3x8

Off Day - Cardio/Abs

Shoulder/ Triceps - Military Press 5x5
Side Laterals 3x10
DB Skull Crushers 3x8
Straight bar pull downs - 3x10

Lower back/calfs - Deadlift 5x5
Back extension 3x10
Shrugs - 3x6
Calf Raises - 4x15

Off Day- Cardio/Abs

Repeat

remove the milk with the meat meals... keep the milk for breakfast or with shakes...

other than that it looks good.


as for your training I would add more volume to it... and more exercices
