so my little scrawny pussy ass has been lifting for 2 years. eat right . . im a young guy. my dad was a strongman my buddy who got me into powerlifting. i need a good routine that will change up all my shit. i hit shoulders back legs once a week then twice a week. try to keep all my reps from 6-8 besides warmup sets. good reps too. running out of shoulder an back workouts. if u guys can help me out be greatly appreciated
