I used to work out at anytime fitness when i was 15-16 ( nothing much to do there hit about everything i can think of). I recently switched to powerhouse an love it but with it i need some help on "my journey" keep in mind im 17 to date about to be 18.

Training looks like this
mon-shoulders
tues-back
wed- chest(its rough because of a shoulder injury from wrestling so i cant go to deep)
thur- legs
fri-shoulders
sat-i alternate every week between a light chest an a light back
sun-rest

i like to keep all my reps from 6-8 during my work sets.
I only weigh about 155 i recently carbshocked my stomach and was drinking 5-7 mass gainers a day in an effort to slow down my metabolism but i just couldnt really eat since i was so full all the time so i quit after about 2 weeks of it

my diet isnt very good i beleive thats where most problems lie. I work an attend college so i eat just about every chance i can. i try to get a meal in every 3 hours. i also usually shoot for 5-7 meals aday. i eat alot of meat, an i try to get a good amount of carbs in but my diet sometimes takes turns for the worst due to money.

My main goal is to win a powerlifting competition.
my current lifts to date
bench-245x1
deadlift-315x2
squat-335x1

I need to make more sacrifices. I need to be stronger. I need to stop being a pussy.
if you guys can help me with a new diet for gains i would greatly appreciate it. maybe even a new shoulder/back/chest routine just to change things up

For training for powerlifting, I do not think that your current "split" is ideal.

Those are basic programs, and they will give you steady strength gains over time. If you get your diet in order and follow one of those programs, I guarantee you will gain strength. Also, I'm not sure where you are located, but if you can get with a powerlifting gym with a team, look into joining.
