View Full Version : Cycle Pump??
Hey I was wondering how long I should take Pump before cycling it, and for how long should I cycle it?
Pump is a "foundational" supplement man. No need to cycle it, you can take it every day. If you don't want the extra stims, take out the red pill.

the only animal supps you need to cycle are M-Stak, Stak2 and Cuts. you cycle them for 3 weeks on, and a 1 week "off" cycle.
everything else, like HAWK said are essentials really, you can never go wrong with the mulitvitamin (PAK), the creatine matrix (PUMP) or the EAA's (Nitro and Nitro g). think of them as bricks in your supplement wall bro.

I like taking a week to 2 weeks off in between cans of pump just because your body eventually becomes "immune" to the stims in it. Taking a couple weeks off will also show u where your strength and intensity is really at without any additional creatine supplementation and caffeine in your system to power you through sets.. It kind of sux but its humbling to see what your really made of
From what I have found online, most people cycle products that have an NO complex in them. Is that not necessary?

in the case of pump it doesnt seem necessary as there seems to be other foundational ingrediants that are appropriate on a daily basis

just as it has been said already....much like Pak, no need to cycle Pump.

I agree. I will switch products (Shock for Pump) or cycle off for a week every couple of months. Like the weights and workout, I change them up.
Ok thanks alot. I'll probably give ST/Storm a try when I run out of Pump.
it isnt nessecary to cycle creatine. there is a school of thought on the subject that suggests taking creatine for 3 months followed by one month off. this is because once your muscles become saturated with creatine they decrease their own creatine production. after a month off your own muscular creatine production will kick back in just in time for you to begin another round of supplementation inducing another nice boost in size and strength. the same thought applies to n.o. products as well as BCAA's that giving your body time without them makes them more effective when you return to them.

I would be cycling Pump 3 on / 1 off, Like cuts, to not become immune to the stims
