Besides Chemically engineering, is there another way to speed the growth of a muscle. My arms at at 19' and my goal for the end of this year was 24' that is less than half an inch a month. My chest is 54' and 19' arms next to a 54' chest just doesn't look that well proportioned. is there a secret or workout someone can recommend for the arms. Also is there a way to train your arms to build a peak, (i.e Arnold's arms.... even better Popeye after eating his spinach muscle)
I had goal to get 27' but everyone kept telling me it was impossible so Im dropping it down a bit

It all takes time... just eat good and hit the gym hard... Rome was not built overnight... I hope that helps?

5 in in under a year is kind of a shit load dude, not saying you can't do it, but still, how much of it will be muscle is questionable...
There ain't no secrets in this game bud, no special workouts that are better than others and not much you can do but keep liftin hard, eating hard, and staying consistent.

Theres no secret workout, even for arms. Theres tons of articles here about bigger arms, bicep peaks etc. Also i dont know how big you are, but most pros dont even have 24' arms. Arnolds at their biggest were like 23 1/2" AND THATS ARNOLD. So continualy gaining 1/2" when you already have 19" seems nearly impossible. Anythings possible, but 5" in a year for someone whos already big is almost laughable. Im not tryin to talk s***, good luck.

I agree with everyone else, that's gonna be tough to gain it that quick. It takes time bro, no way around it. Good luck.

Yo man straight up your arms are 19" and your chest is 54" thats pretty big,Think about what it took to get that far then step it up..But seriously im not tryin to knock your hussle but make more realistic goals for yourself otherwise your in for big disapointment.Big muscles take big work and time.to get 24" inch arms takes special genetics that few are gifted to have, now im not saying its impossible and im not always about that genetic card shit but sit down anaylize your training and diet, make realistic goals and train like an animal.

thats all you need to know man.. 27 is too high to be shootin, 25 is imaginable but you also want a goal thats realastically achieveable eh like 22 or 23 would be mine. so your goal is not easy to atain, but its not on the brink of unrealstic.. but then again its all about how your arms gro.. as far as peaking preacher curls are good, and shit with pulleys, but like nick said aint no secrets here man just consistancy is whatll do it for ya, good luck

Bro I like the ambition to be honest as we all are being. The growth of that bi and tri will take time after they get a certain size bro. 1/2 to an inch a year is about pretty normal growth if you keep doing what you doing do not stress on it bro that will make it even harder stress is bad on muscle bro at least mental stres is. They will come what is your current routine.

well, with all that being said at least I won't be completely devistated when I fail to reach the goal. Just gives me something to train harder for to complete in 2 yr. As for the size of what I am not. Im naturally a big guy just took me almost a year to lose a lot of weight to where the muscle is actually starting to show a little bit. I know of the 54' chest not all of it is muscle same with my arms I am aware that there is more muscle than fat now that I have been training a lot harder.

Ill have to go through my mags, but there was a workout that took a few hours, but at the end of it after a couple days recovery you should have 1/4" to 1" of growth. it was a beating though, it was basically, kill your arms, eat, kill your arms, eat.... you get it. Ill try and look through the mag stack tonight.

it will just take time, listen to what everyone else has been saying and all it takes is sleep, eat, and train hard there is no secret recipie when it comes to lifting at all. train hard and big and your goals will be reached

Go with how you look in the mirror bro, not the measuring tape. Frank Zane don't have a 54' chest or 22' arms, but he still has a nice physique, not to mention the 3 O's he won.
