this is the deal, i train at home and at school, in school i aint got no machines. in my house i got only one high pulley and one low pulley. i always wanted to do cable crossovers but i dont have the 2 pulleys at the sides, so would it be smart to do them with one arm? i tired it and felt it pretty darn good supersetting with dips. i dont think it would lead to unbalanced chest, would it?

As long as you use the same weight and same amount of reps with the same speed (lots of sames, mirror each one), it shouldn't matter. I just think it would be a little awkward at first to get the form.

No it wouldnt just train them with good form and the same reps and i dont see a problem...you said yourself it feels good so thats a good indication its working.
