Hey bro, welcome to the forum. My advice to you for getting into eating 7-8 times a day would be to cook in advance. The hardest part about eating so often during the day is finding time to cook it all. Best thing to do is prepare your food in "bulk". Leftovers are a must. Cook a shitton of rice, pasta, chili, chicken breasts, hardboiled eggs, whatever takes more than a few minutes to prepare. Also, you're gonna wanna invest in some tuperware and maybe a lunchbox of some sort. Makes it easier to eat when you're out and about. You might wanna look into a weight gainer too (Real Gains is great). These are quick, easy, delicious, and calorie dense.

Finally, just space out your meals 2-3 hours apart. Start early so that you're not trying to choke down food all day. Hope this helps. Glad to hear you're getting over mono and getting back into the lifestyle.

I had the same problem, my stomach was just not accusmed to such intake. What helped me was waking up early and starting then and making my meals small but slower workin to make each meal packed. It diffently was better than over eating; I made my stomach use to eatin on a regular basis and slowly up the intake to my desired numbers.

that portion of the question would best be answered in the Packs section....or by your Doctor. i know i have never personally had any problems with antibiotics and the supps.
