wrestled, started lifting at 15, need help with this journey

taking cell tech hardcore pro series. i wanna gain mass an strength. i havent noticed any growth in a long time. i try to eat 5-8 meals a day. lots of carbs, in an attempt to carbshock my stomach, no help. i cannot gain size an its pissing me off an truthfully its
making me not wanna lift so give me something that will put some size on me

5"10 160lbs 7% bf

flat bench 225x2(wanna hit 315 before im 19)
deadlift 315x1(405 before 19)
squat 275x1 deep (got into a car accident an broke my tibula an growthplate in my knee so its not where it should be)

mon chest(dumbbells) tues back bi wed shoulder thurs legs fri chest(bar)

if someone can can hook it up with maybe a some new workouts for seein some muscle improvements, an maybe some new supplements, possibly a diet for bulking id greatly appreciate it. also i realize im young im just about 18. but im not out partyin im in the gym so cut me some slack for wanting to get bigger

right now my diet looks like this

meal 1 -2 cups of oatmeal, tuna sandwich
meal 2- chicken 8oz, 2 cups rice, vegatable
workout
meal 3- celltech supplement
this meal kind of depends i tend to vary on what i eat day to day but its high in protein an carbs
meal 4- high carb protein meals, also varys pastas, things like that
meal 5 - spoonfulls of peanut butter oatmeal again.

i realize i should add another meal in there but i really dont have time since i work an go to classes

If you haven't gotten any growth, i would simply add to the diet. It looks like you can have a bit more protein. If your struggling to get enough food in because of class or other time restrictions, look into Real Gains. Have as many whole food meals as you can, then a shake or two of that during class.

alright man . lol i love the looks people give me when i bring in a gallon to class.
