Hey,
I'm a firefighter and work a 24/48 split (24 on 48 off). Our department has some gear in the "gym" as they call it. I was thinking that maybe I would hold cardio to on shift days and lift on my days off. My question is this, should I stick to my normal order of whats below or combine Chest/Triceps, Back/Biceps and train the same group a couple times a week?
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: chest
Day 3: Cardio (at work)
Day 4: Back
Day 5: Arms
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Neck/shoulders
I would love some suggestions.
Thanks
