well as it says im 8 stone and 5"8 with a body mass index of 0.7 and im 23 yeas of age
i need help i dont smoke and drink sometimes and my diet is all high carbs and protiens
i been 8 sone now for 3 years and try all sorts of suppliments and im still frigging 8 stone
what can i do, i been told by my dads brother who is a body buuilder to take animal but how??
please can someone help me as if this dont work i gotta give up up on weigth and be a scrauny git for life <<:(
