hello everyone!
im a big fan of your products and I want to thank first for the company's great product line.
Im currently taking the following supplements:
Animal Pak
Animal Pump
ON WHEY
Fish Oil
I would like to gain some solid muscles in the coming 12-15 weeks...and i have narrowed a 5th supplement to help me do the job to either Stak 2 or M-Stak
i know that Stak 2 is a test booster, and m-stak significantly improves protein synthesis..
im 22 years old, and I would like to know which of the two products would likely to bring me better results??
also, which routine would you recommend to me from the animalpak.com site?
i checked out the routines and I think routine #6 looks decent for size gains.
Please give me some feedback about this^-^

oh sorry~~
im 22, and i will be on a bulk (in 2 days^-^), i dont really think i will classify myself to be a hardgainer, but I pack on mass slightly slower than others...so yea~

Based on what you said, I'd probably go with the M-Stak... For the protein synthesis and nutrient-partitioning benefits... Keep the calories up and more of them will go towards lean mass as opposed to bodyfat. calories, starches, proteins, carbs...make em all high. that'll help in a bulking phase.

Definitely go with the M-stak. At 22, your test levels are still quite high. I, personally, didn't see any results with Stak 2. However, I put on a solid 5-7 lbs with M-stak (2 cycles). Pretty much M-stak helps you better utilize the food you're ingesting. It helps keep "positive nitrogen retention" which means better use of your protein (ha you'll notice the gas too). Anyway, I recommend M-stak, but either way you gotta eat big to get big. If you're not eating at least 6 good meals a day, don't bother. You need to get your diet in line before you start wasting your money on supplements. Like I said, M-stak helps you take advantage of the nutrients you are consuming... well the more you consume the more results you'll see from M-stak. Hope this helps bro.
