I just went from a 6 day work out to now a four day workout and i get decent gains from doing this but as soon as i cycle off of a product there it goes i need something good something i wont loose i rep 315 on bench for 10 peak cycle of supplements but as soon as i get off drops back down to about 6-8 i cant gain when i loose like that any suggestions?

I rock creatine, Beta-alanine, L-Carnitine, and about 200mg caffeine 24/7/365, that keeps me strong and I don't cycle. Key is to not take caffeine in when not pre-workout so I always get a kick from it. You could probably add other N.O. Boosters but they really just give me a good pump no extra boost.

Up your protien intake, or maybe change the type of protien you ingest.

Yeah your protein may need to be changed, I say add another 25-50 grams for the days you lift weights.
