Stims?

I am on a stack of pak, stak and pump. Just started on Monday, really looking forward to seeing results!

In the pump and stak there are red capsules; 2 in the stak, 1 in the pump. Are the red pills in the stak stims as the red pill in the pump? I train at night and have been WIRED every night after and am not taking the red pill in the pump.

The 2 in Stak are not stims, only the single red in PUMP is the stim.

Exactly. You can take it with the stims the first time and than judge from there if you feel you could benifit from the stims or not. Its really up to you and how your body reacts to them.
