Whats up fellas, i'm starting a thread to keep track of my new training videos. I picked up a FlipCam today and I'm going to be taping each and every training session I can.

Today was a squat day, 3x3 week and next workout will be military pressing.

i like 5/3/1 alot. It is a simple and efficient workout. I got to meet and speak with Jim Wendler at the Pro-Am last month and it really relit my fire with the program, im going to stick with it for a while.

5/3/1 Military day, first day of the new training cycle on the cut

worked up to 180x8 on the military, a pr at this bodyweight

ran out of gas towards the middle/end of the workout and got in some dumbbell inclines which i havent done in over 3 years, felt really good training for the 'pump' and im going to be doing it the next few training cycles to preserve mass when i make my cut.

I just started it up as well. After seeing some sick weight being tossed around at the O, it was clear that I need to step my strength game up. Simple, quick, effective, and its all about strength. Are you following anything specific for the accessory movements? Or just going with the flow?

I bought the 5/3/1 ebook from elitefts. Wendler talks about different accessory work, I had my most success with the triumverate template which includes 3 movements per day including the main lift. Now I changed over to the 'perodization bible' template with work highlighting triceps strength for benching lockouts, this is the only area I think the program is deficient, overload work. But hey I getting stronger and I only train 3x a week, but that's all I can swing with the work schedule. But I'm gonna keep at it, what template do you use??

Ur far from skinny and weak bro. Strength is all relative......keep chippin away one day, one workout at a time and you'll get where u wanna be.
