I have finally decided to make a journey! I'm 16 years old and live ina shitty little town in England called king's lynn! I am 208 pounds (wieghed in this mo) at 5ft 11, i hope by doing this to gain knowlage of the sport. Woulkd like to thank everyone for all the help they have given me.
Goal; to get as big at naturally possible! At the moment im just building the foundation!
Training; i fallow a 3 day split;
chest, shoulders, tri
back, rear delts, bis
quads, hams and glutes
i train 3-4 days a week depending on how i feel, i change workouts every time i train, no workouts are the same, 2 exersices per body part (except rear delts and traps), once warm 4-2 sets to failure! Always in the 4-15 rep range. I also do kick boxing once a week!
Diet; my diet varys every day my protien sources are eggs, milk, fish, red and white meat and whey.
Carb sources are oats, white rice, potatoes and bananas.
700:50g protien, 100g carbs
1000:50g of protien, 100g carbs
1300:50g of protien, 100g carbs
1600:50g of protien, 100g carbs
next meal depend on training time but consists of;
50g protien, 100g carbs
Supps;
Pak-with a meal
Flex-with a meal
Whey-throughout day used in mrp, pre and post with fruit jucie
Storm-2 scoops intra
Glutamine-20g intra
Waxy maize stach- 70g intra
Nitro-pre and post
Now off to train will post up workout when home!

just done chest, shoulders and tris when like thisb(all wights include bar and are in kg's);
incline smith bench; after a few warm up set; 80 x 7, 80 x 6, 80 x 8
dips (extra deep); bw x 5, bw x 12, bw x 14
seated arnold press; 22.5 x 8, 22.5 x 12, 22.5 x 12
standing side latrals; 10 x 15, 15 x 8, 15 x 6, 10 x 12
v grip push down; 85 x 14, 85 x 12
one arm reverse grip push down; 35 x 12, 35 x 12
wicked pump had to be quick because had to get a lift home at curtian time soild session though.

Good to see yet another fellow teen up here. My advice would be to change the 3 day split to a 5 day split and give each muscle group its own training day (but of course im not you, so i dont know whats works for you). Anyway, Cant wait see your progress. Hope we can share journeys. Peace brother!

yh defo ill check out how ur doing iv tried a 5 day split n worked nicely but i working for my dad, with lots of manual labour so i burn out if i train 5 days but soon ill be starting a chefs apprenteship working in the kitchen so ill have to re do my split n diet cus im working 4 hour sifts :( peace bro

1800;train

right bros i am starting my chef apprentiship soon which means my meal plans have gone to shit; so heres whwt i plan to do any tips advice would be greatly appreciated;
7am-2 scoops whey, animal pak, animal omega
8:30am-whole meal containing; 50g protein, 100g carbs, 60 fat
10am-2 scoop whey (this is just before i start first shift at 10)
2:00pm-whole meal containing; 50g protein, 100g carbs, 60 fat
2:20pm-1 scoop torrent and nitro
2:30pm-train 1 scoop torrent
3:30pm-1 scoop torrent and nitro
4:45pm-whole meal containing; 50g protein, 100g carbs, 60 fat
6:00pm-2 scoop whey (this is just before i start second shift)
10:30pm-whole meal containing; 50g protein, 100g carbs, 60 fat, animal omega
300g protien
300g carbs
133g fat
on non work days i eat a meal every 2 and a half hours containing;
50g protien
50g carbs
22g fats

cheers bros i want to finish it then run a complete new any ideas? i defo running pak, omega, flex and whey they are my base supplements then i like to add 3-4 growth supplements for pre intra and post workout ie, pump, intra aid, torrent

incline fly; 20kg x 8 x 4
hammer stength flat bench; 40 x 10, 50 x 8, 60 x 4 drop set 40 x 6
seated barbell shoulder pree; 60 kg x 6-8 x 5
one arm cable latral raise w/ one arm cable front raise; 10kg x 12 x 4
one arm dumbell arm blaster (with a bench); 15kg x 10-12 x 3
concentration curls; 12.5kg x 10-12 drop set; 10 kg x 6 x 4
hammer curls w/ arm twists; 15kg x 8 x 3 (arm twist are done with smallest dumbell you can find; hold dumbells by side and rotate wrists as far as possible forward and back x 10 there is no rest between these and hammers)

heavy lockouts ss/w barbell row (60x20 all sets); 100 x 12, 140 x 12, 160 x 12, 170 x 8, 180 x 5 this was absolutely insane!!!! a massive pr!!!!!
front pulldown ss/w rear pulldown; 8-6 on each exercise x 3
behind back shrug ss/w rear delt raise; just focused on the pump n the burn
pushdown; 75 x 12-8 x 3 last set drop set
reverse pushdown; 10 x 12-8
dips; 6 x 8
buzzing after massive session!
