Well last week i started the bench like an animal routine. I ended last week strugglin with 275 for one, i ended this week the same, only strugglin with 265's 2nd rep also. How did everyone else come out doing this program. Did it take a while to get shit rollin, cuz not gainin really pisses me off. Maybe just my shitty patience...

like you said its all about patience....for example if you just started the workout it takes about a 2 or more weeks to get into full gear...after all results may vary....
remember brother....Patience. it takes a while to hit it harder...just keep re-reading here http://www.animalpak.com/html/article_details.cfm?ID=22§ion=training
Yeah i hear you, second to last set ( x 2 reps) i was struggling it seemed like. then with a spotter for my x 1 rep set....i got it up twice. i mean you just gotta keep pushin hard. you'll love the gains you get after the 8 weeks. avg max shoots up 30-40lbs for your 1RM. hell i already know i'll crush my last max.
keep with it and train hard USMC_KILL you'll see the gains soon enough

when i did the bench work out i was havin a hard time with the double at first== i think i was mentally prepared for it thinking that the last two singles would be the hard ones- i just kept tellin my self that this sets going to be so fuckin heavy there was no way i could do it- when i got it off the rests it was cake man-- good luck that program made my bench soar
