Hey guys, Ive been doing leg extensions with a twist. I like to hold it at the top for 3 seconds, go slow til half way to static then hold it for 3 seconds, all the way down to static then repeat. I've been seeing some nice separation at the upper inner part of my quads as well as the middle area. Thought I'd throw this on the forvm.

its all about variation
i like to implement the bicep curl 21s technique to leg extensions and to leg curls...killer!
yep thats how you have fun with training, do different variations every workout
for example
chest- pressing movements hold the bottom portion for 4 secs then explode up
back- for rowing hold the stretch for 10 sec, and squeeze for 5
shoulders- triple drop sets for laterals
legs- leg ex (what you said above)
and so on

did them today.. mannn they felt good. I got out of the machine and like fell over lol.. i love walkin like a penguin

be careful
just because a lot of people smoke doesnt mean its safe

Variations among your workouts are extremely important for finding new ways to improve and grow. Same old boring stuff puts your body at a stand still and has negative impact on growing a better physique.

ya i feel ya, try pointing your toes outward, i tend to feel less if not any stress on my knees
