I just tried this today and figure it would work pretty well for all you guys hittin the gym in the early AM.
1 scoop citrus shock therapy
4oz 100% orange juice
1-2 scoops vanilla whey protein
4oz milk
thats it just blend it all together, the only variations i would try might be adding a banana or some orange bcaa stack
