Monday: Legs(quads and calves)
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: OFF/Cardio
Thursday: Arms
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Back and Hams
Sunday: OFF/Cardio
Diet:
Meal 1: Oats with fruit or steak or both
Meal 2: chicken with salad or shake(depending on meetings at work)
Meal 3: Post shake if workout at lunch or chicken with salad
Meal 4: chicken with salad(depending on meetings at work)
Meal 5: chicken with salad or healthy dinner by wife(health nut she is)
Meal 6: casein shake before bed
Any shake is with water no milk, thanks dead.

Also to note its starting to get cold here 50s in the morning, so its time for me to switch to morning workouts, oh how i love the cold and a good workout. So ill be hitting the gym between 5-530 so lets see what Agent O does for me in the mornings. Monday will start my AM workouts with LEGS, hope i get it by then.

Yeah , people at work think im sick cause i love going to the gym in the cold, but im like oh well it gets me going, plus not many go while it cold or snow on the ground so everything is MINE no waiting. IE no soccer moms or chest/bi rats around

I'm right there with ya, I used to wake up at 4, eat , and hit the gym before school. Nothing better than the gym to yourself and the cold air fillin your lungs. I'd show up to class sweaty and fuckin beat everyday. Everyone would always ask why, my response was always "simply put, you wouldnt understand."
Looking forward to the reviews.

Flavor was good for what i tasted, i actually put the little packet in a 4oz cup(one of the kid cups) and put water in stirred it with straw and then just downed it, like a shot. But it was a nice tangy/orange flavor.

Strength hard to tell only been 2 days. Now power and focus yeah, once it kicks i am 100% focused on what i am doing. each set, each rep, 100% focus till its over and power i just seem to have more drive to push myself harder and press out that last rep or 2 or force myself for one more set just because it feels like the right thing to do.

Stupid me thinking too much before i type.
This afternoon, lets see how much energy i still have, time to get another truck load of about 500lbs of rock for yardio, so loading and unloading, HAHAHA, yardio = evil work

Work out was great had tons of energy, even after we got back from pumpkin patch and after spreading rock throughout our new rock gardens. So all in all energy levels are staying high through the day with a morning shot of O

Legs feel great, plenty of Energy from Agent O, loving this stuff, its been over 3 hours and i still feel great with some energy.
I am loving O at lunch time, keep me going through my workout and through the rest of the work day. Lets see if it holds up for swimming tonight with kids

Well i know My agent O can only has 2 servings left in it. From the past week it has been great through but overall
Energy 9/10 - Either 5am, noon, or 6pm workout always had energy.
Focus 10/10 - Once it kicked in, i was ready to kill it. Never lost focus or drive while in gym and after too.
Intensity 9/10 - Had to say cause i always hit the gym with high intensity. If anything it just increased even more just from comments ppl had to day to me.
Fatigue 0 - Where normally i would start to be exhausted from my workout near the end. Agent O kept me going till the end and then some. There were days i would hit the gym and then come home and take care of stuff as well.
OverALL - I loved it. This was a great product to sample and i cannot wait for it to come out. I have a few things i want to try with it other than running Animal Pump(minus Stims) with it. This has been one of the few products that actually gave me energy and did NOT give me a horrible crash afterward.
Thanks Universal/Animal/SP for my chance to beta test Agent O. It has been a great privilege.
