Tonight's back workout will be my first with Agent O, super excited.

Back workout tonight (short and simple)
chins (bw)
bent-over rows
heavy deadlifts

i'm drinking the Agent O as i write this, not to impressed with the flavor, kinda bitter with a bad after taste. Im very concerned with flavor as much as gym results. So lets see what happens!

Basic Back

Chins (alternating grips from hands 4 inches apart to as wide as the chin bar)
body weight 10 sets x 5-10reps

Bent-Over Rows (grip even with shoulders)
135x10, 165x10, 195x5, 225x5, 255x5

Heavy Deads
135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 405x5, 455xfail (3 attempts.. back just wasn't feeling it)

Agent O gave me great energy level without that shaky hyper feeling you get from most preworkout supps. So far seems like a great supp, kept me going throughout my workout and i'm still motivated to do more now sitting at the computer. So far so good!

I'm really looking forward to tomorrow. Tomorrow is my shoulder workout, I've been really focused on my shoulders the past couple of months, really trying to bring up there development. I've noticed a lot of changes since giving them their very own day devoted strictly to themselves.

Shoulder day is usually as follows:

seated military (no back support)
side laterals
up-right rows (varying grip width week to week)
bent-over laterals or rear lateral machine
front raises with 45lb plate

I try to keep all my workouts simple and try to move maximum weight with the best form possible.

Day 2 on Agent O, drank my Agent O tonight on my ride home from work, about 7:15pm. Added more water today to dilute the flavor a bit, the taste isn't so great. The after taste reminds me of the bitterness of a grapefruit. About 7:40 Agent O is really kicking in, the energy it gives you is great. I'm alert and focused without being jittery, I love it. I cruised right through my workout tonight. Last night Agent O kept me awake til after 2am, definitely gives a long duration of energy. So far I'm a fan, so often you get pre-workout supps that give me a ton of energy and you crash hard soon after. So far no crash with Agent O. Tomorrow is an off day, get some much needed rest. Back Friday with a vengeance to train legs(my favorite day to hate)

Seated Military Press

Side Laterals (super strict zero swing)
25x10 30x10 35x10

Upright Rows (grip just wider than shoulder width)
85x10 105x10 125x8

Bent-Over Laterals ss. with front raises
3 super sets 35's on laterals 45 plate on front raises.. all 3 to fail... around 10 each

Great workout, shoulders are still holding an insane pump nearly 45 minutes after my workout.

Current Supplements that I'm on:

Agent O, Pak, Flex, Nitro, Size-On, Creatine Mono-hydrate, L-glutamine, Real Mass.
Just ran out of PM, def getting some more asap

Current Diet.. trying to eat as much clean food as I can handle in a day. i work long days 12 hours or more, so i eat a lot at work and driving to and from work.

weight Gainer Shake
10 whole eggs, 6pieces wheat toast, pint of OJ
Greek yogurts and a banana
chicken or steak and potatoes or rice
chicken or steak and potatoes or rice
Greek yogurts and a banana
weight gainer shake or another whole meal of some kind (this is usually my meal with my wife, so it varies, but i always try to get lots of protein and carbs)

Definitely curious about the taste. Saw your initial thoughts--tasting like a grapefruit--and will be checking in again. Appreciate the honest feedback you're giving.

3rd training day with Agent O, the taste has no grown on me at all. Smells like tang but sure doesn't taste like it.

Leg Day

warm-up with leg extensions
Squats 45x10 45x10 95x10 135x5 185x5 225x5

I got sick tonight, turned white, cold sweats and shaky. I had Wawa iced tea tonight, i don't usually drink caffeine, i think the combo of that and the Agent O made me sick. I'm pretty bummed out to not get my leg work done. Still shaking as I type this, and def feeling like total shit.

Downed Agent O at 8:00, I've been mixing it with 6oz of water, flavor has grown on me a bit. Def not the best tasting supp but the effects are well worth it. Worked chest and biceps tonight, another great workout. I'm loving the energy levels, nothing crazy, just enough to keep you moving right through your workout. Very nice feeling. Great pumps from my work out, not really sure if it's from the Agent O or just the fact that it's making workouts flow better. Less rest between sets/exercises, just makes for a smooth workout.

Downed Agent O 20 minutes before my leg workout tonight. Honestly more and more impressed with Agent O each time I use it. The flavor no longer bothers me at all, just slurp it down and move on. My workouts are much smoother and I seem to cruise right through til the end with no loss of energy or drive. This is definitely a supplement I could see myself using often. So far I give Agent O 2 thumbs up!

Tonight's workout.. Basic Legs

light leg extension warm-ups
light lying leg curl warm-ups

back squats 225x5 275x5 315x5 345x1 405x1(*PR*)
front squats 225x5 225x5 225x5
(both front and back squats are very deep squats, below parallel)
