I recently started to do some deadlifts and my usual squats but after half a week to 1 week. My lower back starts to hurt. I did some back extensions like 3 days ago. Do any of you guys feel this kind of pain on your lower back ?

Yeah my backs been trashed as of late, I don't know if its because of the bed I sleep on or the leg/back days being a little too close together involving too much back, gotta just keep switchin it up and fight through it...

Could be that you are stressing your back with too much weight. May need to get your lower back a little stronger. Also be careful on those back extensions ive seen ppl pull there lower back multiple times at the gym while they are doing them hold plates and rocking out reps into the 20s and 30s.
