Since I started lifting I have considered myself a student of the sport. Good students are always striving to learn more about what they're capable of. This is my chance to explore my potential even further. This will be a log of my trial run with Agent O and I am looking forward to seeing where this new supplement can take my lifting. The test run starts now...

Just picked up my trial run of Agent O. I'll be heading to the gym when I'm done with class and now it's even harder to wait... I'll post on my journey thread and here when the smoke settles

Agent O trial run started today. my first impression was "hmm that's an awefully small scoop" downed it about 15 minutes before I left for the gym. Everything after that was a bit of a blur.

I'm gonna keep this write up quick so I can get to bed in time to wake up at 4 to leave for the ABC in kent at the warehouse tomorrow with seath242, Richvanv, Higa, mr. dead, Zacky boy, and the rest of the crew. my shoulder was hurting a bit from yesterdays pulls so the overheads today were not very enjoyable but the close grip work was phenomenal. I don't usually have the energy to work up to a heavy triple, then do 8 speed sets with short rest, and then do a higher rep set with a moderate weight... My only thought was "this has to be the O" As far as the supplement is concerned... All right universal you got my attention!

ABC at the warehouse today. I was still pretty torched from my last week of workouts, but I sucked it up downed my agent O and had a great time. I managed to do some pretty fun event training.

I really felt the O helping today as I only got about 4 hours of sleep last night. The 875 tire was a big mark for me because even when I was training strongman in the past before taking a break from it I never flipped anything more than a 700. stones weren't there tday but the sled drag, jumps, and chain were all on fire. I'm not sure what all got filmed but I'll post them as I find them.

felt really beat up from saturdays session. My back bickeps and legs were pretty drained and even warming up with 225 felt like a challenge. This is why I am convinced that agent O is legitimate because I still managed to hit some big numbers and even a few PRs...'

I was worked enough for my liking by the end of this. Inclines and floor presses have improved phenomenally in the last few weeks and I know that it will definitely carry over into my Benching. As for Agent O I am definitely liking the stuff more and more, I don't want this alpha test supply to run out!!! I'm putting the vid together now and I'll post it once I can get it loaded!!

Stilll using the O in my sessions and still loving the stuff. I've been really busy with school lately so when I get time to head to the gym I'm usually pretty tired. But after taking the O the tiredness is gone and I feel ready to go. This product is definitely holding it's own
