View Full Version : how easy is it to overtrain??
sup brothers got a question here.......as a hardgainer i know how hard it is for me to gain mass....dont get me wrong i have made progress over the past 2 years i have been training but recently i am getting more serious into the sport. diet is getting stronger, planned out and i am starting to record my lifts rather than just remembering what i did the week before...it may just be because i am not eating enough, but i have been training my ass off in the gym...im 6'2 180lbs...how easy do you think it is that i coudl be overtraining myself, reducing my mass? thanks

How easy is it to overtrain ? MUCH, MUCH, MUCH, MUCH HARDER than most people think. If you "think" you're overtraining...you're not. When you overtrain you're gonna know it.

If your training somethin and switching up your routine and everything as you should but still don't see any gains then sometimes you might be overtraining that bodypart. Sometimes it happens to me so I'll take a couple of weeks of light sets for that bodypart and then I start gainin strenght again.
ya i think that is the case with my arms, as they seem to be the weakest link on my body along with my legs i think i HAVE over trained them but i am overhauling everythig since i joined this forum.
