Good evening everyone.

Sooner or later Agent O will be at my doorstep. You will soon see and experience the serious intensity of my workouts as I will post them each day I train.

Tomorrow, I will post my current nutrition and supplement regimen for your viewing pleasure.

Beware, this Bear can be a bit aggressive.

As I promised, below is my current nutrition and supplement regimen (all foods are Organic and Gluten-free). My diet percentage is 50/40/10 (pro/carbs/fats). I drink about 2 gallons of Super-Distilled Ozarka Water daily.

I cannot tell a lie, I am currently on a cycle of a particular pro-hormone that boosts strength, burns fat and is a hardening agent.

Meal 1:

I have a 3 ounces of Water with a serving of Wheatgrass and a few sips of Pure Apple Juice afterwards. I drink 6-8 more ounces of water and take my pro-hormone.

I swig a cup of light strength coffee while making breakfast.

11 egg whites, 1 whole egg with shredded Unikass Robusto Cheese and Celtic Sea Salt
1 and 3/4 cup of oatmeal with 3 or 4 chopped up strawberries and 10 raspberries
I also add cinnamon and some brown sugar to the oatmeal

Supps: Pak, Omega 3 (600 EPA/DHA), Milkthistle, Cranberry, Garlic, Saw Palmetto and Cissus Quadrangularis (2400 mg) with 8 ounces of water

Meal 2:

8 Ounces of London Broil Buffalo with some Tony C's, Salt Free Garlic and Onion Granules
1/3 Cup of Brown Rice with two teaspoons of 80% Vegetable Oil Butter
Raw Red Peppers (About 1/4 of an entire Pepper)

Supps: Omega 3 (600 EPA/DHA) and Vitamin C (1000 mg)

Meal 3:

I take another dose of pro-hormones before I eat.

8 Ounces of Chicken Breast with an All-Natural Honey BBQ Sauce.
1/3 Cup of Brown Rice with two teaspoons of 80% Vegetable Oil Butter
Raw Green Kale (About 3 hands full)

Supps: Glutamine (5 Grams), Omega 3 (600 EPA/DHA), Vitamin C (1000 mg)

I wait 30 minutes and take Pump with a particular Carb Supplement (35 grams of Carbs)

Meal 4 Post Workout:

I bring all of the ingredients in a ziplock bag and put into a blender bottle (14 ounces of water and add some after mixing)

Shake:

Torrent Zero
Carb Supplement (70 Grams of Carbs)
Hydrolyzed Whey (30 Grams of Protein plus 20 in Torrent)
Glutamine (5 Grams)
Creatine Ethyl Ester (8 Grams plus the 3 in Torrent)

I take Flex with this shake.

Meal 5:

I have this meal about an hour after my large Post Workout Shake.

30 Minutes after my shake I have another serving of Wheatgrass with some swigs of Pure Apple Juice (as above).

I take another dose of pro-hormones before eating.

1/2 Cup of Brown Rice with one tablespoon of 80% Vegetable Oil Butter

-10-11 Ounces of Steak Fries (White Russet Potatoes Cut into chunks) coated with First Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Celtic Sea Salt (added after they are cooked), Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary and Salt Free Garlic Granules
-One Salad with Romaine Lettuce, A thick slice of Tomato (chopped up), Cucumber (chopped up) and a Basalmic/Olive Oil Spiced Blend of dressing.

Supps: Omega 3 (600 EPA/DHA), Vitamin C (1000 mg) and Cissus Quadrangularis (1600 mg)

I forgot to post that I will take Pump and the Carb Supp first, than have Agent O afterwards for pre-workout. This will be seriously intense along with the pro-hormones. Can't wait!

Hoping that it comes today so I can not only rip shit riot my workouts, but be able to post the results for everyone to see!

Already hit back on Monday, chest abs & cardio yesterday and today is shoulders traps and cardio. I am wanting to post my results while on Agent O.

I am currently trying to slim down but build additional lean mass before I begin marketing my business (which explains the cardio). I also have a connection to Good Morning Houston, so I MUST look good before getting on TV =)

The mail already came today, no luck. At least my goodies from BBing.com came! They always come in two days. If the package is large, than it may take three.

My workouts are intense as you can see. I rest about a minute between sets and it takes me no longer than an hour and 15 minutes, sometimes shorter. The cardio adds some more time, obviously.

Quite painful, especially since I've added Barbell Military Presses to the mix. I'm trying to get my shoulder press strength back up. I've been working with a Physical Therapist on my shoulders. They feel so much better and haven't felt this good since before I separated and dislocated them back in high school.

Just took my Agent O mixed with my carb powder and Pump (minus Red pill). This is beyond intense. I cannot describe this feeling....

Not jittery, heart rate is not rapidly increasing. Intense focus with an instant rush of euphoria.

I guess I could sum it like this: it feels as if you have the focus of being on adderall without jitters, the clean psycho energy of cuts without jitters and the euphoric feeling of being on Test, Stak or M-Stak. It feels like I'm stepping onto the stage for Greek Fight Night (Fraternities) like back in college (I won as a freshman believe it or not).

To Universal Nutrition and Animal, HOMERUN! This will become number one over USP Labs Jacked. I am sensitive to Beta-Alanine and there is no flushing or tingling. Truly, a Homerun.

This is unfrickinbelievable....seriously....I've never felt this before....

I am off to the gym to hit my favorite muscle group, wheels baby! Stay tuned for a wicked leg workout posted later this evening.

All I can say is.....WOW! Hear is how I rate Agent O on gym performance:

Intensity: 10/10
Focus: 11/10
Energy: 10/10

Today was the best day of training I think I've had. That is based on timing between sets and exercises, strength increases and insane levels of energy! The best part is that no autonomic nervous system or gastrointestinal upsets occured (increased urination or gas/upset stomach). It didn't even make me sweat excessively like other energy supps do! I believe that to be because Agent O contains no methylxanthine caffeine like guarana.

I also experience a strength increase. This is arguably due to the beta-alanine in it (no tingling or flushing) and the fact that I do not take it until now. Regardless, my lifts below speak louder than words..

Agent O is absolutely amazing, and is everything you want it to be.

OK! With the FVRUM being down and a long, wild, fun, exhausting, partying weekend with my female it's good to get back into the swing of things.

Lifting Tuesday through Saturday this week. Hit back yesterday and chest, supplemental bicep work, abs and cardio today.

I tried taking Agent O with Pump (no red pill) and my carb supplement and it was WAY TOO MUCH! I cannot even describe what the high is like on this amazing stuff.
Anyways, what I do now is a bit different. I take my Agent O before preparing my pre-workout meal. Than I have some Beta-Alanine, Glutamine, Omega 3's and Vitamin C after my meal. 30 minutes later I have Pump (minus stims) with my carb supp. For me, this does not overstimulate my autonomic nervous system and it gives 45-60 minutes of absorption before I hit the gym. I can also sleep and do not have any problems of any kind. No excessive sweating, urination or gastrointestinal issues. My workouts are sickening and beyond mind boggling!!

Agent O is the most unreal experience I've ever experienced. I hope I can pre-order some cans of it before they they start marketing! Once they do, this stuff is going to sell faster than drugs.

I've tried every other supplement company out there (trust me) and there is nothing like this. I am absolutely baffled that it does not overstimulate my autonomic nervous system like every other stimulant out there does. It's funny how the most powerful stimulant there is does not cause any issues! Trippy..

Hopefully, this in depth out there post shall explain the extreme animalistic beauty of Agent O.

An intense rush of euphoria and focus hits you immediately. Within minutes you feel high, and your eyes feel as if they are glowing. Within 15-30 minutes your energy levels begin to become explosive. No rapid heart beat or anything negative is felt. The taste is something of a sour citrus note, which is actually rather tasty.

The gym experience is like something out of your wildest dreams on the happiest of mushrooms. You truly become in touch with the purity of your primal essence more so than normal (those that gain their inner barbaric spirit understand, unfortunately most people never acquire this and it is sad). Strength is immediately increased. You breeze through your sets with more ease than you thought possible and require less rest. You are so focused and in a state of intensity, that you do not notice the flawless ass cheeks in spandex passing you by. You do not feel like talking and you can literally see the psychotically intense and energetic experience in your eyes. People look at you with serious respect and focus harder on their workouts. You have become the Alpha that everyone aspires to be and some are envious because you represent something they can never be. It is beautiful...

Let me brake it down to you like this: imagine the focus of adderall with no jitters or nervousness, the clean energy of Cuts, the extreme euphoria and intensity of Test, Stak or M-Stak and no irritability of the gastrointestinal tract or the autonomic nervous system.

For those of us who's bliss is achieved in the gym, this is the perfect drug. You feel happy and psychotically energetic and nothing else matters but throwing around weights that no longer cause feelings of intimidation. The ability to capture the essence of this feeling into a supplement is mind boggling. Truly a grand slam Animal and Universal Nutrition. This product will sell faster than cocaine.

The beauty of Agent O is something out of a dream and it is the most fun you can have with your pants on.

**The only complaint I have is that it lacks electrolytes. Such a strong stimulant expels water from the muscles and can cause dehydration with extensive use. I feel that added electrolytes in their phosphate form would prevent this from happening.

I have been working with a physical therapist the last few months and have healed nagging pains in my shoulders. I hit chest today and performed barbell flat bench and incline for the first time in a long time. I have been using dumbbells and smith machines while being repaired.

My shoulders felt so good I even used 130 pound chains for the first time in my life after performing straights sets of barbell bench and incline bench. It is an amazing feeling and I am trying to get my bench back up! The pro's at my gym have me hooked on those damn chains now! They are pain to lug around, but more than worth it! After a while, I will try bands.

I will include chain flat bench presses either in the middle or toward the end of my chest workouts from now on! I'm addicted and its way too much fun, plus I only worked my way to the fourth link from the beginning BUT I will definitely get stronger.

Keep in mind that I am not a powerlifter, but I now understand the fun and insanity that it ensues! People were asking all of the pro's and trainers what I was doing, hahahahaha! Wicked

Hit shoulders yesterday and they feel great! I am currently trying to boost my shoulder strength, so I perform standing barbell military presses and than seated dumbbell presses afterwards.

Got 205 pounds 3 times (PB) and used 110 pound dumbbells for 6 reps for the final sets. I also perform a variety of shaping exercises targeting all three heads of the shoulder. For traps I perform barbell shrugs with wrist wraps and got 14 reps with 500 pounds for the final set (PB).

Still performing cardio 3 or 4 days a week and am getting seriously lean! I am below 240 at 11% body fat. Wish I had enough samples of Agent O to last until they began selling the finished product!!!

My diet is bulletproof and I switched up a few meals and am eating psycho clean, yet so hungry...

I guess once I finish my Agent O samples, Kwik Energy will have to do. Even though it makes me urinate, gives me some gas and sweat like a banshee...

Keep in mind that I am very sensitive to stimulants and Agent O does not cause any problems AT ALL! It is truly amazing and to me it feels like the perfect pre-workout drug.

Had one sick leg workout today! Allow me to say this, if I could sum Agent O up in one word it is INVINCIBILITY! Fellahs, this is going to be the greatest thing that ever hit the bodybuilding world!

I seriously want more samples, training without it is going to be difficult and I may have withdrawals =) every day of training I reach new personal bests.

Anyways, I am trying to get my squat up and box squatted today for the first time in my life. I performed box squats after straight sets of squatting and leg pressing (posted below) and the remainder of my workout is similar to previous posts regarding my wheel training.

I have long arms and legs and have a short waist. My squat stance is a bit different than most. I stand a little wider than shoulder width and slightly point my toes outward (I'm flat footed). My quads were sore immediately after training the rest of my legs! Box squats really burn...

Barbell Squats (I don't fuck around and go ass to ankles)
- 135 Pounds, 15 Reps
- 185 Pounds, 12 Reps
- 225 Pounds, 10 Reps
- 275 Pounds, 6 Reps
- 315 Pounds, 4 Reps (with knee wraps)

Leg Presses
- 16 Plates, 14 Reps
- 18 Plates, 10 Reps
- 20 Plates, 8 Reps

Box Squats (I pause for a two count while sitting on the box which sits maybe a foot above the ground)
- 225 Pounds, 10 Reps
- 225 Pounds, 10 Reps
- 255 Pounds, 9 Reps
- 275 Pounds, 8 Reps
- 295 Pounds, 7 Reps
- 315 Pounds, 6 Reps

I used my Inzer Knee Wraps for each set of box squatting.

*Check previous posts for the remainder of my wheels training. I perform the same exercises but always switch up the order week to week and NEVER perform the same workout EVER! Got it??

**I have added power movements to each body part because I have tried everything else and have hit plateaus. The IFBB pros at my gym have shown me many of these power exercises and have taught me picture perfect form. Like Jay Cutler once said, "If you want to add mass you have to go heavy and perform power movements".

Tore it up on Saturday! I hit arms and had one hell of a workout. I've discovered how to get my stubborn biceps to grow, so hopefully I will get them to look more proportionate to my triceps and put my arms in the 19" category. I've come to the realization that certain exercises cause the biceps to respond in the 15-10 range as opposed to 12-8 or even the 6-4 strength range. I also hit abs and cardio.

Took it easy Sunday. Lounged around, watched the movie channels and got my meals and supps in. Great day!

Later today I will hit back. Unfortunately I am down to two pack of Agent O, dangit.

Tore it up yesterday on Agent O for back. This will be my last post until (hopefully), I am chosen to participate in another round of the newly updated powder and or encapsulated form of Agent O!

Its almost narcotic, that is how badass this product truly is. It will be the number one selling supp on BB.com. USP Labs Jacked is nothing compared to Agent O. It would be the equivalent of going to war with a pistol (jacked) as opposed to with an M-16 with the grenade launcher attachment (Agent O).

I appreciate the commentary! I always shoot straight and speak my mind, regardless of whether people like it or not. Had to back you on your thread.

Hopefully, I am chosen again for Round Two.

Exciting news! I have been chosen to participate in Round Two of Agent O!

Expect some seriously badass workouts to be posted!!! I have included powerlifting exercises in my training cycle to increase my bench, squat and military press.

The training is going to be insane...
