After being on a tooo long hiatus filled with lame excuses. I'm making a comeback to be the person I once was. After not lifting for awhile Ive become a different person, one I don't like. Last night was my first night in my 3 day split...Heres the core to it!
A lot of reps starting out
Week1:Squat & Bench Deads Squat & Bench
Week2:Deads Bench & Squat Deads
Week3:Front Squat & Bench Deads Front Squat & Bench
After the 3rd week Ill go back to week 1 and repeat and drop in number of reps...of course some supplementary exercises to go along with each day while trying not to be repetitive with the exercises.
Today I'm sore. Tomorrow I'll be even more sore but oh well... FUCK'EM!!!
