• Meal 1 - 7:30 a.m. One serving of grits with 4oz chicken.
• Meal 2 - 10:00 a.m. 50 gram ISopure Protein shake.
• Meal 3 - 12:30 p.m. Veggies and one serving of tilapia.
• Meal 4 - 3:00 p.m. 4oz of yams & baked chicken breast.
• Meal 5 - 5:30 p.m. 50 gram ISopure Protein shake & 4 plain rice cakes.
• Meal 6 - 8:00 p.m. 8oz. chicken breast.
• Meal 7 - 10:30 p.m. 4 oz fish or ISopure Protein shake.
