just completed that workout posted up on here. fuck. thats all i have to say. if you guys are looking for a good workout that makes sure you walk like you have something up your ass when you leave the gym definatly check it out.

That workout is a bitch, how did the leg press/hack squat super set treat you followed by the drop set on extensions lol?

much as i love legs have not tried that one...great job......i would not do it especially if you have to drive.....unless you dont plan on breaking lmao

Tell ya what, nothing worse than training legs then having to clutch all the way home. Always leave distance behind the car in front in case that leg gives out and the clutch pops lol

haven't had that problem yet. leg day is when my speed daemon prevails.

lol guys its the next day now. my legs cant hardly move. my calfs and quads are on fire. my hammys feel like there going to burn off. everytime i walk up and down my stairs i feel like death, but i feel like an animal. definatly give this a shot guys. its a great pump. however tomarow i get to unload a truck so we will see how that goes :p . too bad for u of m today.

to tell you the truth. thats when i was my most fatigued . i was thinkin "fuck what did i get myself in to?" but glad i pushed through it

That workout looks like the real deal. Gonna check it out myself. I'm going to put calves on a separate day though so I don't short change them.
