poor 30 grams of oatmeal or if it comes in a sachet then poor the sachet into a bowl put a scoop of your whey protien in it then add 200ml or 150 ml of milk then wisk,put in the micro wave for 1 minute and a half to 2 minutes its pretty good try it out.especialy in cutting season.you can add more than one scoop but if you do make sure you put a bit more milk and oatmeal.

LMAO, i tried it this morning. Got to say, i feel pretty energetic since. Although, my protein has a terrible flavour (Apparently strawberry - My ass...). So that was a mad fail, but besides that, i guess different proteins, different taste. Good way to throw some glycogen into the muscles in the morning. +1

I also love the tried and true....2 cups (depending on your calories needed), 1 scoop whey/1 scoop casein, 1-2 cups milk and toss it all in a blender and tear it up and than toss it down the hatch.
