Awesome workout today!
Stan Efferding drove 40 mins from Lakewood, Sarge & Breck drove 2 hours from Sequim, Ben Seath & Rich drove 2 hours from Aberdeen, Ali McWeeney & BIG BEN drove over the mountain pass from Ellensburg, Mr Dead was there, my 148 lb sushi chef tried strongman training for the first time, my neighbor Doug, and all my regular training partners were there.

Great to see people came from all over to train. Not at all surprised though, training with you has that effect on people. Loved the slide show as well, beautiful family, kids are wicked cute.

That sounds like an incredible training session. Stan Efferding is ridiculous, I bet it's a treat to lift with that guy. Strong MF.

It was so good, that Stan just text me that he wants to come workout again this weekend. Must have made an impression!
He wants to improve his skills and increase his endurance cause he was feeling it today when he woke up! LOL

Ghost has helped me out...go to the first post in this thread, and the link just worked for me. It went straight to the Seattle ABC pictures.

Awesome pics as always bro.
Crazy to see Efferding and Higa in one building (plus Seath and Big Ben). That is a lot of good old fashioned American horsepower right there.
Also very cool that Stan came out for an ABC.

Seath and Rich drove almost 2 hours from their home to be there at 7am.
Big Ben drove over the Snoqualmie Pass from college to be there too at 7am.
These are not normal hours to be working out with such heavy equipment but the ANIMALS they are did not let that stop them.
I'm pretty confident that Stan and Seath could press a 330 lb Log easily.

The pictures look great! It looks like I missed out on a really good time! My mother has been in the hospital, and on Tuesday, they are going to shock her, to get her heart back into rhythm. Which was why I wasn't there, and my husband had to leave early. By the way, were there any pictures of Mr. Dead? lol

Yes, he told me about that. I am so sorry and hope that she gets well.
Dead was taking pictures with his camera too. Haven't seen them though. I only got him in some of the group shots at the end.

I think that is because you uploaded them from your browser, I clicked both and get a blank( gray and white) page.......I did however see it on your blog.
One of the side affects of ANENT O is computer malfunctioning!
