Hey guys, im new. Im wondering for bodybuilding, is it better to have a set routine and do the same thing week after week until gains stop or is it better to do different stuff every week??

Not sure on this one. I know you always want to change it up. But if you don't do something for a period of time, how do u know if it works for you.

set routine.

change it up and youll have your muscles guessing why they should grow. how the hell do you finish a project in class if you just keep restarting? you don't, and you fail.

Set routine, try it for at least 2 weeks.
I run a 4 week or so cycle, then always do 3 weeks of powerlifting. Then a different 4 week cycle, 3 weeks of PL... been getting crazy strength and size gains from it for the last year.
