Ok guys it's that time again. the past few year after the show i promote here in Wheeling we always have a great ABC. So here we go again let's make this one a big one. here is the info.

the contest sound good but i am not that strong since that will be the theme lol. so i say a few contest and a few picks as well. just do a little bit of both. lol
I should most definately be at the session. Don't know about making it to the show the night before but I'll try my best.

Many of which I still keep in contact with today. If you are able to make it out to this event, def. do so, it is worth the trip. Aide from the ABC, the House and hsi wife put on a bad ass show that is also worth attending. Looking forward to seeing the pics from this one.

Hells yeah! Just was thinking about last year when we hit up the restaurant by the casino and half of the guys ate like 2 chickens, not breasts, chickens. My GF didn't understand it really, but then again when we go to BD's after a weekend workout she doesn't really get that either.

Great time today. I had to batman out early to get home and do some work to my car so missed the PWOM but I slammed some back with a bro from 6 hours away! Sorry man I forget you name but hit me up when you get back, hopefully safe and soon. Ended up hitting some bis solo style and then hungout for a bit and talked to some of other guys/gals.

Great time today. I had to batman out early to get home and do some work to my car so missed the PWOM but I slammed some back with a bro from 6 hours away! Sorry man I forget you name but hit me up when you get back, hopefully safe and soon. Ended up hitting some bis solo style and then hungout for a bit and talked to some of other guys/gals.

Had a great time today. Awesome to see everyone. Hopefully we get a group like that down in Cleveland. Thanks to Erik, Dee, and Heather for putting it all together.

Whats up bro? Great workout today! Wish I could have stayed longer with you guys but six hours of driving sucks. I plan on going to the Arnold this year so if you guys are having another one that Sunday I will def stop by again. Thanks for having me, and thanks for putting on an awesome weekend House. You are the man, keep rolling through the ranks bro!
By the way...its Nezir, what was yours again? Sorry got caught up with watching everyone workings out and some new form on doing things that I didn't get a chance to remember it.

really had a good time today, hit some arms with Derek, wasn't hungry at Outback, still ate all my food (i had to, its steak, i mean come on), then got in my car for the ride home and my stomach started growling. SOB! i'll def. be back next year if i don't have to work that day. thanks to everyone who help put this together.

Had a blast with everyone up at the Bodyshop! Was definitely an epic session training guns with drebux! Great to see everyone again and that postworkout Outback really hit the spot. Got some good pics I will be uploading shirtly.
NVRagin, John was the name bro. Good workout for sure. You're looking huge and moving some weight man, keep up the hard training and I am sure we will see each other at the Arnold. Let me know what your plans are as it gets closer. I m taking the 3 day weekend tour this year and spending as much time gathering info from these guys as I can.
Like the DB row tip we got today. Gonna try that out next back session for sure. Glad you made it home safe man.

I had an awesome time down at the body shop!! Came down with my brother (smoothballer) and I trained arms with G, was a great session. Those 21s are always fun. Outback for the PWOM was definetly a good choice, can't go wrong with a steak. It was great seeing everyone down there, thanks to Erik, Heather, Deanna, and everyone else that had a hand in putting this event together.

Also, forgot to say a HUGE thanks to Universal/Animal for the samples and the goodie bags! The supp packets are so perfect for when I travel, I wish I could buy boxes set up like that, individualy packed.... hint hint.... Alot of us travel and work out of vehicles..... hint hint

You guys know, you're always welcome back, it's nice to have you guys in our "neck of the woods"... We have a great group here in Ohio, WV, and PA... It's awesome to have people stop in from outside of the area (NY, VA, and B.C. even stopped by from South Dakota!!) and know that it feels like home...
