View Full Version : 30 Minute Strength Training Session. Is this possible?

I work as a personal trainer and find it hard to do a 30 minute strength session. With rest breaks around 2 mins it seems like you cant get it all done in 30 mins. Can you do a bench, then lat pull down, then abs and come back to bench after 2 mins or so?

Why is your rest 2 minutes?Unless your training super heavy you shouldnt need more than 1 minutes rest between sets.
