i did the wheels of steel routine today to try something new. bt in stead of superseting seated leg curls/uni leg curls i did seated/lying leg curls. bt man that leg press/hack suat beat the shit outta me and after the leg extensions i fell went straight to the floor yea dat article donsnt lie youll be limpin and wadllin bt after my legs were pumped lyk never b4 and calves were hard as rocks....... oh yea on top of all that i had to walk and take lightrail(train) and walk some more to get home and i feel like im gonna die lol. legs are a bitch bt i love leg day.
