i dont know if i posted this video yet already but ill be honest with you all, i sometimes find myself wondering about what is frank mcgrath doing, im sure hes still training but im curious if hes planning a comeback ,..in any case win or lose hes a big part in my inspiration and i wanted to see if you guys liked this music video of frank mcgrath..enjoy

Always had a ton of respect for him and he is someone who has certainly had an impact on my training views and mindset in the gym.

He was at the Cage @ the Olympia. And they posted some pics from the ABC's. That's the last thing I've heard. I've been wondering where he's been/what he's up to also.
