My gym does not have a seated leg curl machine. Is their another way I can do these.

its a bit tricky but if there is someone you can get to help you with this it can be super effective.
grab a dumbbell and place it on the floor near either a flat bench or an incline bench with no more than 20 degree inclne. lie on the bench stomach down and grip the dumbbell between the arches of your feet. hold on to the sides of the bench drive your hips into the bench and curl the weight up.

i do this execise before any other curls, its real weight with no bands or pulleys. great for any hamstring program

I'm not sure which you mean, but:

For seated quad extensions-extending legs to the front
Sit in a chair/bench, "hold" a dumbell between your feet and extend legs up

For lying leg curls (for hamstrings)-lying and bringing legs up
Same thing, but lie down on bench and "hold" dumbell between feet, curl legs up

Now that is going to hurt a little bit, and is not as efficient as a machine because you will involve a lot of stabilizer muscles, but...ya' gotta do what ya' gotta do.

My gym does have a seated leg curl machine, and your not missing much. MAybe its just me and my training partner, but i dont think the machine is worth it. We just do lying curls, sldl's, lunges, high stance leg press for hams.
