I am a little late posting this.

Meet Oct.23rd Brute Strength Gym

Class 308 Raw open and masters (40-44)

1ST PLACE BOTH

Squat opener 755 (did not wait for squat call, red lights)

2nd attempt 755 whites

passed on 3rd, just didn't feel like it

Bench
went better than i thought with all of the damn injuries
opener 325 good

2nd 365 good

3rd 407 good had lots left

Deadlift
opener 601 easy

Passed on last 2 attempts cramping, and didn't need them anyway.

Next meet will be March 12th at Brute Strength, full power, FULL gear.

Looking for a BIG total here

How much more did you have left on the bench???

I actually think I had somewhere around 500 in me, was really suprised that the weight was moving as well as it was. I had not benched in about a month prior to this.
