Dexter Jackson's physique and conditioning is through the roof. I agree that I was surprised as well as others when Branch won the most muscular award but I still give the overall to Dexter. Can't wait to see the WSM qualifier too.

Martinez has bested Dexter many times, but the arnold is dex's show. I mean, he diets to take the arnold, and the olympia is an afterthought. Consider that Martinez beats these other guys both directly and indirectly every year. Branch, Heath, and Freeman are all contenders, and it will be good to see how they place, but martinez has shown himself to be the better body. The best next to cutler and ron, he should destroy the competition if he brings his game. However, I fucking love Ruhl, and if he wins, I will mail him a beer. Hell, I may just mail him a beer anyways.

It's a matter of balance. Branch is just a bit bottom-heavy, regardless of his phenomenal conditioning and upper-body muscularity. Give him a little time.

I wish Johnie Jackson was competing he is one of my favorites, its to bad he withdrew.
I wanna see a guy like Ruhl place well.
David Henry I think will be the most shredded guy in the competition.

I gotta say that if victor comes in the way he did at the olymipia this past year he will win unless dexter puts on a few more pounds and brings out some more sharpness in his quads, then he may win. Phil Heath will most likely get third or maybe even second, I wouldn't be suprised, the guy has the best tri's hands down.

I have to say that I don't think Dex looked that good at the O. Compared to some of the others and to his AC appearance. I think the extra few pounds took away from his conditioning a little too much. His conditioning MAKES him. But he seems to shine at the AC for sure.

I see alot of predictions for Heath, Vic, and Dex.....
Don't sleep on Freeman... If Tony brings his A game he stands to do very well, he brings a NASTY overall package. I think Vic will be top 2 and I see Tony freeman being in the top 6.
